How we did the math. The first number (calls that ring but nobody picks up) uses your inputs and verified Invoca 2025 data: only 55% of callers who hit voicemail ever speak to a person. The second number (calls that never came) starts from typical demand for your trade in your city, then deducts what you lose from poor reviews, an incomplete Google Business Profile, business info that doesn't match across directories, and missing local listings (Whitespark and BrightLocal data).
