Two questions decide it. First: do you have one phone line or several (multi-truck, multi-location, multi-department)? If several, you need Built for you · Multi ($2,000 CAD setup minimum + $1,000/month). If one phone, second question: are you a plumber today (or an electrician, HVAC, dental practice, or real estate office in 2026)? If yes, Plug & Play ($100 CAD setup + $500/month, live in 2 days). If you're any other single-phone trade, Built for you ($1,000 CAD setup + $500/month, live in 10 business days).

What's the difference between Plug & Play and Built for you?

Plug & Play uses a pre-built vertical template that Safigo has already trained, tested, and tuned (currently plumbers; electricians, HVAC, dental, and real estate ship in 2026). Setup is $100 CAD because most of the work is already done — Safigo just overlays your hours, pricing, and service area. Built for you is the same product but built from scratch for your specific business — Safigo learns your trade, builds the prompt, tests it, and goes live in 10 business days. Setup is $1,000 CAD because Safigo's team is doing the configuration end-to-end.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. All Safigo Reception subscriptions are month-to-month and cancel anytime through Stripe self-serve. There is also a 60-day ROI guarantee: if within 60 days of your first paid month Safigo Reception hasn't earned more than you've paid us, we credit 50% off one future monthly invoice (full terms at https://safigo.ai/terms/ section 5).

What's included in the monthly minutes?

Plug & Play and Built for you tiers each include 400 minutes per month. Built for you · Multi includes 1,000 minutes. Overage is billed at $1.25/minute CAD. For most single-phone businesses, 400 minutes is well above typical inbound call volume.

Will Safigo Reception integrate with my booking software?

Yes. Safigo Reception writes appointments directly into your calendar — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, and others. The Safigo team configures the integration during setup based on what you already use. Custom integrations beyond the standard list are available as part of the Built for you tier.

What is Local Boost and do I need it?

Local Boost is a $200/month CAD add-on to Safigo Reception. Where Reception answers the phones the customer already has, Local Boost helps make them ring more by improving the customer's organic local presence. It includes Google Business Profile optimization, automatic SMS review requests sent within five minutes of every booked call, name-address-phone sync across eight Canadian directories (yellowpages.ca, 411.ca, BBB Canada, Yelp Canada, Houzz, HomeStars, Cylex, Foursquare), a monthly performance report, and a Safigo-hosted local landing page at safigo.ai/{customer-slug}/. Sold only as an add-on to Reception, never standalone. Safigo never touches the customer's existing website. You don't need it on day one — most customers add Local Boost after Reception is humming.
